It is with great pride that I invite you to the first San Diego Open Dancesport Classic, August 12–15, 2027. We are bringing a truly beautiful competition to the heart of one of America's most beautiful cities. Our home is the Westin San Diego Gaslamp Quarter, right downtown, where the bay, Petco Park, and the restaurants and nightlife of the Gaslamp are all a short walk from the ballroom. Come early and stay late; this is a city meant to be enjoyed.

The dancing will be world-class, but I want this weekend to feel like a gathering of friends. We open Thursday night with a welcome party, Italian style, so bring your appetite and your dancing shoes. Saturday evening we celebrate together at the gala dinner, and Sunday belongs to our youngest dancers with Kids Day. Whether you are competing, teaching, judging, or simply cheering, I would be honored to have you with us.
